I purchased the bike in Germany in 1980 while in the military. I have over 13K in original parts sourced from Europe to have it restored back to its original configuration. The bike is still a 6 volt. It runs well, is fun to ride, although it has the traditional clunk in shifting. I just don't get to ride anymore, and don't want it to sit around gathering dust.
